BENNY.Benny Heller is attended to at a nursing home in Phoenix, AZ. He suffered from type 2 diabetes and half a dozen other ailments including heart failure, Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). Heller hoped to one day return home to NYC. His family, however, not expecting him to return, had already starting to pack up his apartment. Benny Heller died April 15, 2009.
