Rony Alexander Ramirez Orellana, 42, lays in bed as his wife Dania Ramirez sits nearby September 29, 2016 in Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras. Orellana suffers from sever back pain and is currently out of work as an auto electrician. He is supported by his wife as they struggle to make ends meet along with their 9 year old daughter. His boss says he is welcome to return to work after the operation that is scheduled for October. Doctors Roberto Alvarez and J.C.
